- Thaw waffles and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Line 4 bun pans each with 18 paper boat containers. Place 72 waffles inside the paper boat containers.
- Top each waffle with 2 oz of Taco Mixture
- Then top each with 1⁄2 oz cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup lettuce, and 1/4 cup tomatoes.
- Serve immediately.
Preparation of Taco Mixture:
- In a large pot over medium heat, combine turkey taco filling and pinto beans and warm through to 165 F. Hold until
