Walking Waffle Taco

Ingredients

1 Case (72 Units) Marson Foods Authentic Belgian Liege Waffle, 2 GE, Bulk Pack
18 pounds Turkey Taco Filling
3 gallons Pinto Beans
2.5 gallons Diced Tomatoes
2 gallons Romaine lettuce, chopped
2.5 gallons Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

  1. Thaw waffles and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Line 4 bun pans each with 18 paper boat containers. Place 72 waffles inside the paper boat containers.
  3. Top each waffle with 2 oz of Taco Mixture
  4. Then top each with 1⁄2 oz cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup lettuce, and 1/4 cup tomatoes.
  5. Serve immediately.

Preparation of Taco Mixture:

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine turkey taco filling and pinto beans and warm through to 165 F. Hold until
    needed.
