Our History
We have a rich food manufacturing history that demonstrates our commitment to quality, community, and innovation. The company, founded by Dave Marson, stems from a tradition rooted in a small family baking business where the importance of quality was instilled from an early age. Dave's philosophy that quality should always be the main ingredient in food products has been a guiding principle for Marson Foods, ensuring that we continue to approach our products with a no-compromise attitude.
Our Products
Marson Foods' current branded product line includes a variety of batter and dough-based waffle products. Our formulations and product lines include better-for-you versions along with more traditional Liege waffles. Our waffle formulations are also available in completed breakfast sandwich offerings. In addition to waffles, we also offer pancake bites and even baked pet treats/pet food. All of our products can be supplied across retail, foodservice, institutional, private label, and contract manufactured channels.
Innovating for the Future
In recent years, Marson Foods has embarked on significant expansions to increase production capacity and further our mission to nourish communities. In 2023, we completed construction of our new $35 million headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri while creating 45 new, high-paying jobs. This new facility spans over 147,000 square feet and includes a both freezer storage and dry distribution center, along with state-of-the-art production lines. This expansion is a testament to Marson Foods' growth and continued effort to solidify our place as a major force in the food manufacturing space.
Growing up in a small family baking business, my dad taught me that “quality” is always the main ingredient of any great food product and the measure of that should always result in a smile. Today, that continues to be my golden rule.
