- Preheat oven to 300°F. Place waffles on a large sheet pan in a single layer. Bake 4-6 minutes.
- Melt chocolate candy coating according to instructions on package and dip waffles into the coating, covering half of
the waffle. Let it harden.
- Place jumbo marshmallows on a parchment lined baking sheet and place under broiler for 3-4 minutes. Place the
golden-brown marshmallow on top of the chocolate dipped waffle.
- Option: Sprinkle toasted coconut on top of the broiled marshmallow while hot. Option: Place 1 Tablespoon crushed
graham crackers under the toasted marshmallow.
