Spring Fling – Waffle Basket Dessert

Ingredients

1 Case (72 Units) Marson Foods Authentic Belgian Liege Waffle, 1 GE, Bulk Pack
72 ½ oz serving of Green Buttercream Frosting – Tube with built in tip.
72 Servings of 7 each colorful jelly beans
36 Sprinkle on top a small amount of coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Thaw waffles to room temperature. The Waffle is the base of the basket build out.
  2. Use the green buttercream frosting tube to create grass on top of the Vanilla Waffle.
  3. Place 7 colorful jelly beans on top of the “grass”.
  4. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  5. Serve as a Holiday Treat with a reimbursable meal and count the 2 GE towards your weekly totals.
