Ingredients

1 Case (72 Units) Marson Foods Authentic Belgian Liege Waffle, 1GE, Bulk Packed
4.5 lbs Chicken Sausage Crumbles, Low Sodium, Fully Cooked, Thawed
4.5 lbs Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded, Low Moisture Part Skim

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Place waffles on large sheet pan in single layer.
  2. Top each waffle with 1oz mozzarella cheese.
  3. Sprinkle each waffle with 1oz sausage crumbles.
  4. Bake for 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and sausage reaches 165°F.
  5. Serve immediately.
