Red, White & Blueberry Waffles


1 Case (72 Units) 1 Marson Foods Authentic Belgian Liege Waffle, Blueberry 2 GE
9 Cups Strawberry Puree
18 Cups Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
9 Cups Rich’s On-Top Non-Dairy Whipped Topping (approx. 2 Tbls)


  1. Start by laying out the Marson Blueberry Waffles on a bun pan and heat.
  2. Make the strawberry puree. Use frozen (semi-thawed) or fresh strawberries (rinsed & hulled). Place 18 Cups of strawberries in food processor and blend until smooth. Add 1⁄2 cup of sugar if desired.
  3. Top each waffle with the strawberry puree. Next, top with 1⁄4 fresh or frozen blueberries. Add another layer of strawberry puree, heavily drizzled over the top. Use 2 oz of puree for each waffle. Finally, top with a large dollop of Rich’s On Top.
