- Start by laying out the Marson Blueberry Waffles on a bun pan and heat.
- Make the strawberry puree. Use frozen (semi-thawed) or fresh strawberries (rinsed & hulled). Place 18 Cups of strawberries in food processor and blend until smooth. Add 1⁄2 cup of sugar if desired.
- Top each waffle with the strawberry puree. Next, top with 1⁄4 fresh or frozen blueberries. Add another layer of strawberry puree, heavily drizzled over the top. Use 2 oz of puree for each waffle. Finally, top with a large dollop of Rich’s On Top.
