Pumpkin-Banana Pudding with Waffle Wafers

Ingredients

3 waffles Marson Foods Authentic Belgian Liege Vanilla Waffle
2 Bananas (ripe)
1/4C Pumpkin Puree
2 3.25 oz Vanilla Pudding cups
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Graham Crackers
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Preparation

1. Prepare the Pumpkin-Banana Pudding.
2. Mash the bananas with a potato masher.
3. Combine Bananas, pumpkin puree, and vanilla pudding, pumpkin pie spice and mix. Set aside in refrigerator.
4. Line a serving bowl with the Vanilla Waffle cut into 4 pieces to make little wafers.
5. Spoon the pumpkin-banana pudding into the bowl.
6. Garnish the top with a dollop of Richโ€™s On-Top, then sprinkle on graham cracker crumbs and place 3 fresh banana slices. Finish with a heavy sprinkle of Cinnamon.
