12 Waffle Envy Smart Snack Waffles

1 lb Enrobing Chocolate or chocolate chips.

2 C Red/Green Sprinkles or Sanding Sugar

2 C Fun & Fruity Sprinkles

1 C Peppermint Candy, crushed up.

1 C shredded coconut

Line a bun pan with parchment paper and pan up 12 Waffles.
In a large pot, melt the two flavors of enrobing chocolate and keep on the burner on very low heat.
Plan out 6 cookie designs and make each one twice to equal 1 dozen cookies.
Use different combinations of the ingredients. Dip into the chocolate and press into the decorating ingredients. Then let firm up on the bun pan before serving or packaging up.

2. Chocolate with Red & Green sprinkles.
3. Chocolate with Chocolate sprinkles.
4. White Chocolate with crushed candy.
5. White Chocolate with Fun & Fruity sprinkles.
6. White Chocolate with shredded coconut.
