Halloween – Waffle Fingers w/ Dipping Sauces

Ingredients

1 Case (72 Units) Marson Foods Authentic Belgian Liege Waffle, 2GE, Bulk Packed
18C Fresh Strawberries
9C White Vanilla Icing
9C Berry jam, thinned
9C Carmel dipping sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Place waffles on large sheet pan in single layer. Bake 4-6 minutes.
  2. Cut each Waffle into 5 even strips to make the “Fingers”.
  3. Serve ¼C fresh strawberries with each waffle.
  4. Optional festive dipping sauces (1/8C of each):
    White Vanilla Icing, jarred. (Ghost Guts)
    Use a bright red berry jam or fruit preserve and add hot water to thin out to desired consistency. (Vampire Blood)
    Caramel sauce, jarred. (Werewolf Elixir)
  5. Serve immediately.
