1. Heat Waffles in 275 F preheated oven for 6-8 minutes.
2. Heat up the chicken and buffalo sauce (combined) to 165 F and hold.
3. Prep the fresh ingredients first. Dice the tomatoes, thinly slice or shred the cabbage (or purchase shredded), chopped cilantro and lime juice. Combine and set aside
4. Assemble the open face sandwiches. Place 3oz of the buffalo chicken on the waffle. Top with the tomato/cabbage/cilantro mix. Drizzle with ranch dressing. Serve with fresh carrot and celery sticks to add to your vegetable count.
